Daily Activities For 5/25/08

Its been a long time since we last visited the Sweet Pea den. Its quite visible that everybody is suffering from the drought. Bella emerges from the burrow with blood all over her. She has aborted her latest litter. The rest of the group gets up and Bella leads the group out to forage. Torres looks unhappy by Bella's appearance... 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

The gang sets off. Their territory isn't so good anymore. Food is starting to become less and less and the gang hasn't had a deasent meal in a long time,which is noticeable on all of their bodies and their moods. Everyone is irritated. Bella leads the gang furter and furter away from the burrow. Suddenly,they have arrived on the Vikings territory,which has the best foraging paths and sleeping burrow in the desert. Is Bella leading the Sweet Peas into a fight for territory? Do you find this valuable?

The gang finds a good path to forage and begins to digg for food,when suddenly,Alonso sets the alarm. It's the Vikings. The gang has been spotted. The Vikings launches the attack. Bella looks around. It's time to choose...Fight or flight? She chooses....Fight! The gang sets off and there is a bajor battle going on! Torres and Gerrard has pinned the DM down while Bella got the DF pined down. Both Torres and Bella lets them go and the Vikings rushes away. Torres,Bella,Skitty,Alonso,Kiss,Pedal and Gerrard chases them out of their territory. The Sweet Peas have won...The best territory in the desert! Do you find this valuable?

The sounds of fighting meerkats awakes Rembla, a lone female, from her sleep. She looks around, alert. What was happening? She quickly jumped to her paws and dashed to the direction of the thunderous noises. She rushes up a large dune, and looks down. It's clearly a mob fight, between two mobs she has never seen before. What should she do? If they find her just standing here, they could attack her instead...Making a quick decision she jumps in, unaware that she is helping a mob called the Sweet Peas. Do you find this valuable?

After the Sweet Peas has chased away the Vikings and won the territory, Torres spots Rembla and walks up to her. He sniffs her and walks away and walks up to Bella. Bella spots Rembla and rushes over to her,showing that she's the boss. Rembla submits to Bella and Bella accepts her as a Sweet Pea. The Sweet Peas has won the best territory in the desert and they have gotten a new member. Do you find this valuable?

Torres and Bella quicly runs up to the burrow the Vikings had and sent-marks it. Then,Bella leads the group out to forage,where there's plenty of foor for everyone! Torres and Bella seems to be in a much better mood and all of the meerkats has started to gain weight. Torres and Bella takes a brake from the foraging and starts to groom each other to make their bond stronger. The family lays down in the shade to rest,all of them with full tummies. Do you find this valuable?

Rembla smiles, glad to be part of a family again. She watches Bella and Torres for a few moments, and takes a rest herself. When they begin to forage, she decides it's best to forge herself. Some members are on sentry duty, so everything seems safe and peaceful. Rembla is able to forage confidently again, and munches on a millipede she had found moments eariler. Do you find this valuable?

After a few hours,Bella leads the gang home to their new burrow where the family huddles before going below ground. Bella walks over to Rembla and grooms her,happy to have her as a part of her family. Torres grooms Rembla too. After a while,the gang goes below ground for a good nights sleep. Do you find this valuable?

The next morning,the gang rises. Bella leads the group put foraging and she seems very happy today,which doesn't go unnoticed by Torres. He notices that she is winking at him and grooms him alot. Then he figures it out. She's ready to mate. She drags Torres out into the bush,where they stay for almost an hour before to re-appear at the rest of the family. Skitty looks at his happy parents and shakes his head. "Those two.." He laughs and the family continues to forage. Do you find this valuable?

Rembla forages, yet looks up in time to see Bella and Torres reappear. She smiles, it's always good to have new pups in a group. She goes up to greet Bella and grooms her, and Bella does the same. Rembla takes sentry duty after eating her fill. Do you find this valuable?

They huddle and grooms each other to show their love before they go below ground for a good night sleep. Do you find this valuable?

The next morning,Torres is first to rise. He warms himself in the morning sun,when Bella appears from the burrow. She has gained weight and has gotten bigger. Torres grooms her. Yep,she's pregnant. "I DID IT AGAIN! DAMN,I'M GOOD!" Torres thinks and kisses Bella. Do you find this valuable?

Bella soon leads the group out to forage. Torres watches as she waddles from side to side. "God, HOW MANY KIDS DID I CREATE THIS TIME?!" Torres yells. "One far to many dumbass!" Bella shouts as she digs up a storm.
Bella looks around. She counts the group members to find one missing. "Angel...." Bella thinks. She runs to the bush where she finds Angel and Alamo, a roving male, mating. She barks and chases Angel while Torres picks a fight with Alamo. Do you find this valuable?

Torres bites Alamo all over his body and chases him away. Torres rushes after him and attacks him again and gives him a huge scare on his neck before he gives him a tailbite and chases him out of the territory. He runs back to the gang,to find Bella attacking Angel.... Do you find this valuable?

"Momma, please! I'm sorry!" Angel cries as she huddles into a ball. "I've had enough! Be gone with you!" Bella gives Angel a nasty tailbite and chases her. "ANYBODY ELSE WANT SOME?!" Bella snarls at her teenage girls. Everybody runs in different directions. Torres cautionously walks up to Bella, but she pushes him away. "Step off Torres, not in the mood..." Do you find this valuable?

Torres looks at Bella. "What the hell?!?!?" He thinks. He gives lead-calls and their daughters re-appears from all directions. "Go lay down in the shade. All of you. Your mother needs her time. " Torres says to his children. "But..." Skitty says. "NOW I SAID!" Torres screams. The teenagers goes to lay down in the shade while Torres looks at Bella. "What happend to her mood?" He asks himself. Do you find this valuable?

Bella walks away from the group. Her contractions start to come..."Ohh God...TORRES!" Torres runs up and sees Bella in labor. "Ohh my God...EVERYBODY COME HERE NOW!!" Torres gives lead calls to the rest of the group. Do you find this valuable?
